Costello Financial Services Limited trading as Costello Financial Services (CFS) is a private New Zealand company registered at the Companies Office in Auckland, and has its registered office at 129D Onewa Rd, Northcote, Auckland. It was founded in 1970 and operates in the financial services sector.

Costello Financial Services applies the IFA, (The Institute of Financial Advisers Incorporated), code of ethics, practice and disciplinary standards.

Disclosure

Prior to assisting with the placement of any risk policy, you will be given a full description of the policy including, its wording. This is available on this site. After application and acceptance, a policy document will be mailed to you by FidelityLife.

Fees

Our only professional fees are a commission paid by FidelityLife to us following business placed with them.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

For the protection of clients and to comply with the provisions of the IFA Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, Costello Financial Services Advisers maintain Professional Indemnity insurance to the level required by the IFA and FidelityLife .

Complaints Procedure

Any customer who has a complaint should in the first instance contact us. We will immediately investigate and, where justified, make our best endeavors to correct.

Neither Costello Financial Services or any associated client advisers have exclusive arrangements with any suppliers of products, or services recommended. We have chosen to promote on this site the FidelityLife product which we believe to be suited for the New Zealanders with non- standard Life risks or who do not wish to have a medical and require a single level premium cover which is both simple and cost effective.
